the universal principles of transparent justice through a fairness
regimen that adopts the customs and traditions of each sovereign
governance entity.
Both individuals and corporate bodies (definition includes government) are entitled to launch complaints.
Jurisdiction of the OIPC is global in
nature; encompassing the entire population base. And, this jurisdiction
is premised upon paramountcy through Custom Law.
