NOTICE

OIPC has received a series of complaints from individuals and organizations [governance and public interest]; wherein allegations are submitted for adjudication and resolution in fairness to all parties. These are civil, political, human rights issues that appear to be encompassed under the umbrella international laws and custom laws provisions, as generally embraced by democratic regimes.

Free, prior, informed consent as applied to state-funded legal counsel of choice are integral in the OIPC Grand Council considerations.
Of principal note - in Turtle Island North / North America - the established and forming OIPC Divisional Seats do consider applications in matters of nation-versus-nation disputes : i.e., the Alaska Settlement.
EXAMPLE : COAST SALISH QUW'UTSUN KWA'MUTSUN NATION
In particular, matters of public education standards are of principal interest to the OIPC International. And, within these parameters are to be found the unresolved histories and legacies of colonial practises and claims - i.e., the issues of the Doctrine of Discovery and the Terra Nullius proclamations versus the customs and traditions that are incumbent within specific Original indigenous Peoples territories.

Hence, NOTICE is herein delivered as an OIPC International information procedure for purposes of establishing the fairness platforms regarding future and impending OIPC Divisional Seat adjudications.

Thank you for receiving this communications - as based through the protocols of Peace, Trust and Friendship.
